50 g oat flakes, fine leaf
10 g puffed amaranth
30 g rough chopped walnuts
10 g cocoa nibs

Mix the oat flakes, amaranth, walnuts and cocoa nibs and serve with orange juice.
Walnuts help with their omega-3 fats against stress and concentration deficits. Oat flakes have many good fiber and complex carbs. They satiate long and are good sources of energy. Amaranth has a high magnesium concentration. This is a perfect nerve boost. The cocoa nibs contain flavenol. This reduces blood pressure, boosts nerves and stimulates mental capacity.
You can also eat the muesli for dessert after lunch. It gives you energy and keeps your blood sugar level constant.
