1 small tin of tuna in own juice
40g salad mix - lamb's lettuce, rocket salad, endive salad
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 dash of olive oil
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 pinch of pepper

Core the pear and cut into pieces.
Pour the water from the tuna can.
Arrange the salad with the pear pieces and the tuna on a plate.
Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with herbs and pepper.
