Blueberry Carrot Salad
INGREDIENTS I SERVES 2:
2 large carrots
125 g blueberries
24 g pine nuts
100 g fresh goat cheese

Wash the carrots well and cut them into pieces.
Mix with the blueberries, pine nuts and goat cheese and divide into 2 portions. Serve one portion on a plate, the other in a food box.
