Apricot Walnut Porridge
INGREDIENTS I SERVE 1:
50 g oatmeal
250 ml water
1 tsp cinnamon
4 dried apricots
1 tbsp walnut oil
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 5M
Put the oat flakes in a pot with the water and bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes and mixing from time to time.
At the end of the cooking time, add the cinnamon, mix well and remove from the heat.
Cut the dried apricots into pieces and place the on the porridge. Sprinkle with the walnut oil and enjoy.
