Cake au Chocolat
INGREDIENTS I SERVE 2:
2 ripe avocados
4 tbsp raw cocoa powder
Puree 4 bananas and the two avocados with 2 tablespoons of cocoa until a cream is formed. Put it in the fridge. Puree 2 bananas, 1 egg and 2 tbsp cocoa. Cut the pear in half and remove the seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and boil with water at medium heat until the water has evaporated. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and bake 3 pancakes. Remove the cocoa cream from the fridge and layer the cake. Starting with pancakes, the last layer is the cream. Serve with the pear halves and melt on the tongue.
Avocados are among the richest fruits. However, it is one of the healthiest fats because it is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. Avocados help to lose weight and are good for the skin. Raw cocoa is a natural energy source, mood enhancer and rich in vitamins, fibres and antioxidants.
Mature avocados that have not yet been cut can easily be stored for a few days in the refrigerator. Cocoa powder should be stored in a dark and dry place. If you don't eat the whole cake at once, you can keep it in the fridge for the following day.
