Energy Smoothie

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
1 kiwi
20g spinach
125g water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in the blender until a creamy liquid is made.

 

Health

Many people don't eat fruits because they contain carbohydrates in the form of sugar. But sugar isn't sugar. Fruits also provide vitamins, antioxidants, dietary fibres and secondary plant substances. On top of that, fruits are extremely low in fat. Studies have shown that fruits do not have an above-average influence on blood sugar levels. This means that the more fruits you eat, the lower your risk of diabetes. We recommend between 200-500g per day.

 

Pleasure

In the morning your brain needs sugar in the form of different carbohydrates to start the day concentrated and powerful. A freshly prepared smoothie gives you the necessary power. Fruit smoothies remain dark and cool in a closed container for 12-24 hours.
