Tuna Wraps

3 eggs
2 cans of tuna
2 tomatoes
soy sauce
herbs of your choice

Whisk the eggs with the soy sauce and pepper and roast wraps. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and fill the wraps with the remaining ingredients.

Soy sauce is rich in protein, antioxidants and free of fat. Since it contains a lot of salt, you can do without extra salt when seasoning. Tuna is low in fat and calories, but high in protein, iodine, zinc and vitamin d. As new studies prove, cholesterol in eggs is not unhealthy. Its high protein content supports saturation and thus the egg even helps in losing weight.

You can keep the wraps in the fridge for the next day and heat them up again in the oven. Since omelette tastes best fresh, you can also simply conjure up a delicious salad from the tuna and the tonates for the following day.
