Summer Eggsalad

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVES 2:
6 eggs
2 small yellow peppers
1 tomato
10 green olives

PREP: 10M  I  COOKING: 7M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring water to the boil in a medium-sized pot.

Boil the medium eggs for 7 minutes to make them hard.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into pieces.

Arrange the cut vegetables on plates and enjoy.

 

Health

The ingredients of eggs speak for themselves: they contain valuable proteins, vitamins (A,D,K), minerals and iodine. They also contain all essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. Another advantage: eggs keep you full for a long time because they cause the body to release a saturation hormone. Paprika is healthy and is even used as a medicinal plant. It contains little fat and carbohydrates, but a lot of water. This promotes digestion and reduces appetite. The red pepper is particularly ripe and therefore contains plenty of secondary plant substances. Potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin e... Who regularly eats red peppers does his skin good.

 

Pleasure

You can keep the salad in the fridge for the following day. Remove from the fridge half an hour before consumption.
