Grilled Peppers with Avocado Cream

3 peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
2 avocados
juice of half a lemon



Wash the peppers, remove the core and cut into strips.

Drizzle with olive oil and place on the grill for 5 minutes until brown strips of grill have formed.

Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Put the avocado meat in a tall container with the lemon juice and pepper.

Puree with a hand blender until a cream is formed.

Arrange the finished pepper strips on plates and enjoy with the avocado cream.



Paprika is healthy and is even used as a medicinal plant. It contains little fat and carbohydrates, but a lot of water. This promotes digestion and reduces appetite. The red pepper is particularly ripe and therefore contains plenty of secondary plant substances. Potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin e... Who regularly eats red peppers does his skin good.



You can keep the pepper strips in the fridge for the following day and enjoy them pure or pump up your salad with them.
