Filled Avocado

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVES 2:
2 avocados
Juice of half a lemon
2 tomatoes
3EL olives
pepper

PREP: 10M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and the pulp. Put the avocado cases aside.

Place the avocado meat with the lemon juice in a tall container and puree until a cream is formed.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Slice the olives and add them to the cream with the tomatoes.

Season with pepper and fill the avocado bowls with it.

 

Health

Avocados are especially healthy because they contain a lot of important nutrients. They are a good source of folic acid, vitamin K, potassium and also vitamin E. They are also rich in healthy fatty acids. Besides bananas, avocados are rich in potassium, which is important for a good transmission of stimuli to the cells. Avocados are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and therefore very healthy. Similar to olive oil, avocados are part of an anti-inflammatory diet and therefore good for the heart. Fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed in the presence of avocados. The combination of vegetables with the healthy fruit is therefore ideal. Avocados with their high fibre content make an important contribution to intestinal health.

 

Pleasure

Sliced avocados cannot be stored well for the next day because they tarnish brown very quickly. So it's better to enjoy avocados fresh.
