Puree the tomatoes with olive oil and a clove of garlic until a thick mass is formed. Season with pepper and enjoy a hard-boiled egg.

Cold Tomato Soup

500g tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
50g olive oil
2 hard-boiled eggs



Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Put it in a tall container. Add the garlic clove, the oil and pepper. Puree with the stabiliser until a creamy liquid is formed.

Peel the eggs and cut them into pieces.

Spread the soup in shoots and enjoy with the ice pieces.



One of the most important substances in tomatoes is lycopene, a carotenoid that neutralizes free radicals. It protects the skin from cell changes caused by UV radiation and can inhibit some types of cancer. The tomato contains not only high amounts of vitamin C, but also numerous B vitamins, which promote concentration. The iron of the tomato provides energy, the folic acid protects against arteriosclerosis. In this way, the tomato also strengthens our entire immune system.



You can keep the soup in the fridge for the following day. Remove from the fridge half an hour before consumption.
