INGREDIENTS I SERVE 4:
160g oat flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
2 handfuls of fruit of your choice
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Puree the bananas, oatmeal and cinnamon until a paste is formed. Bake for 20 minutes in a cake tin. Boil the fruit with orange juice until the fruit is soft and the juice thickens.
