Does a dessert always have to be elaborate or complicated for it to be something special? I don't think so. You can also create something exciting from a few simple ingredients that is also healthy... The sourness of the apple, the sweetness of the pear, the nutty taste of the chickpeas and the spiciness of the pepper go together perfectly. Et Voila. A special dessert is that simple. Pear and Apple with Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVES 2:
2tbsp chickpeas
1 pear
1 apple
black peppercorns

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Drain the chickpeas.

Wash the pear and apple and cut into strips.

Break open the shell of the crevettes, remove the meat and place in a medium size ovenproof dish.

Arrange on a large platter, spread the chickpeas over it and sprinkle with peppercorns.

 

Health

Since they contain only one to three grams less fruit acid per litre than apples, but just as much sugar, they taste particularly sweet, protect the teeth and are very digestible for acid-sensitive people and babies. When cooked, the pear is considered an ideal light meal. Due to their high content of dietary fibres, pears satiate quickly and promote digestion. As with apples, most vitamins are found under the skin of the pear. If possible, it should therefore be eaten in a bowl. Apples are the ideal snack for the road, because they quench thirst and are a healthy source of energy in one.

It's best to eat the dessert. If you want to keep some of it, it is necessary to drizzle the pear and apple with lemon juice so that they don't turn brown. You can enjoy the stored fruit with your porridge for breakfast.
