Coffee Mousse

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
1 banana, overripe
1 avocado, overripe
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp coffee powder

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients with a hand blender to a creamy mass.

Enjoy right now.

 

Health

Avocados have healthy fats. The body can transform them into serotonin. This makes our mood better. Avocados are also good for the brain and good energy sources. The caffeine in coffee is a good appetite blocker. Together with pure cocoa powder you have a double effective combination against cravings.

 

Pleasure

The mousse is not ideal for storing because the avocado and banana will turn brown. It won't taste as delicious as it does fresh.
