Avocado Salad With Egg

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVES 2:
2 eggs
2 avocados
2 apples
pepper
Italian herbs
olive oil

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 10M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the eggs for 10 minutes.

Halve one avocado, remove the core and cut into pieces.

Halve a apple, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Peel an egg and cut into pieces.

Mix all ingredients, spice with pepper and top with italian herbs and olive oil.

 

Health

Avocados have healthy fats. The body can transform them into serotonin. This makes our mood better. Avocados are also good for the brain and good energy sources. The longer food stays in the stomach, the longer our stomach feels full. That's why three bigger meals a day are better than many smaller ones. The body needs time to realize that its hunger is over. This takes about 20 minutes. Protein-rich foods such as eggs help to keep blood sugar levels constant.

You can make the salad fresh in the office. Or make it at home. Then sprinkle the salad with a little lemon juice to help it stay fresh longer. Keep in the fridge.
