Yesterday we discussed that a warm breakfast is the healthiest. But every day porridge is also boring in the long run. At the weekend there is more time for breakfast and therefore also for new things. Try small rolls with orange jam. With oat flakes they provide energy for shopping in the city.
Small Rolls with Orange Jam
INGREDIENTS I SERVE 1:
80g oat flakes, fine leaf
1 tsp coconut oil
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 25M
Place the oat flakes in a tall container, cover with a little water and leave to stand overnight.
The next morning preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
Peel the banana, mix the pieces with the egg and coconut oil to form the oat flakes and blend with the blender to a creamy mixture.
Divide the mixture into muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
Fillet one orange for the orange confit. Cook the pieces and the juice in a small pot at medium heat until the liquid thickens.
It's great for your skin to soak a little more oatmeal overnight and then use it as a peeling. Simply apply to dry skin, leave on for 5 minutes and remove. Rinse the remains on the skin with water.
You can also make several rolls and eat them for lunch. Or eat them for breakfast the next morning. but the rolls appeared again briefly so that they are not dry. Simply place the rolls in an airtight container for storage.
