Pudding au Chocolat

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
50g oat flakes
2 frozen bananas
1tsp instant coffee
1tbsp cocoa powder
frozen blueberries

Chocolate pudding all you want. If you slide your spoon into this voluminous mass you are a child again. Like in the old days when you were visiting your grandparents and said you could eat as much chocolate pudding as you like. You don't worry about the figure or calories. You just eat yourself happy, one spoon at a time. And when everything is eaten you try to get the last remnants out of the glass with one finger....There it is again all the energy and lightness and the little joy that you have outwitted your grandparents. At least that's what they thought.

Boil the oat flakes with 100g water at medium heat for about 20 minutes until the water has evaporated. Stir again and again in between so that nothing burns. The aim is to obtain a solid mass. Mix the frozen bananas in the food processor until ice is formed. Add the oat flakes, cocoa and coffee and mix well. To topping, puree the banana until a foam is formed. Serve with the pudding and garnish with frozen blueberries.

 

Health

Ripe bananas provide a lot of energy. Unlike unripe bananas, they have a higher sugar content and keep your energy level in balance in a healthy way. Oat flakes are also an excellent source of energy and last a long time.

 

Pleasure

You can make the pudding the night before and put it in the fridge overnight. Or prepare one more portion for the lunch break. It is best to put the pudding out of the fridge 30 minutes before consumption, so you have the full taste again.
