Porridge aux Pommes
INGREDIENTS I SERVE 1:
50g oat flakes, fine leaf
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 small apple
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 6M
Put the oat flakes in a small pot and pour over the water. Do not stir.
Bring to the boil at medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Wash and quarter the apple, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
After 5 minutes, add the coconut oil to the oatmeal and cook for another minute.
Put the finished oatmeal in a bowl and enjoy it warm with the apple pieces.
The apple pieces are not cooked with the oats so that everything good is preserved in the apple.
You can keep your porridge in the fridge for the next day without any problems. Heat again with coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot. You can also use the stored porridge for pancakes or muffins. Simply stir a crushed banana and an egg into the porridge and prepare in a pan or oven.
