Homemade Granola

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 3:
1 banana
3 tbsp. coconut oil
100 g oat flakes
100 g chopped almonds
1 tsp cinnamon

The best homemade granola from healthy, simple and few ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees top and bottom heat. Peel the banana and puree with coconut oil. Add all other ingredients and mix well with your hands. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven for about 25 minutes. Turn over in between so that nothing burns. When the muesli is toasted golden yellow, take it out of the oven and let it cool down well. When it cools down it gets nice and crispy. When completely cooled, pour the muesli into an airtight container.

Oatmeal may remain in its original packaging as long as it is airtight and resealable. In all other cases it is refilling into storage boxes, boxes and jars. Also harmful: direct sunlight. This means that if you choose storage glasses, they should never be on the windowsill or directly illuminated shelves. According to the manufacturer, oat flakes can be kept airtight for up to one year. It is best to keep opened nut packs and chopped nuts in airtight containers. Nuts should be stored in the refrigerator, dark, dry and well packed. They can then be kept for a maximum of four weeks. You can also freeze peeled nuts. Then they are durable for up to 1 year.
