INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
1 Papaya
frozen raspberries
1 banana
nèfles
grated coconut

Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. Fill with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with coconut flakes. A healthy and optimistic start into the new day.

 

Health

Papaya is a fruity multi-talent. It melts excess pounds, acts as a natural anti-aging agent and stimulates wound healing. Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals and strengthen the immune system. Ripe bananas are an energizing fruit for athletes and healthier than sports drinks. Raspberries are rich in vitamins, trace elements and secondary plant substances. In addition, they are said to have an appetite-stimulating, draining and laxative effect. They support the immune system and stimulate the metabolism. Nefles taste like a mixture of peach and apricot. Wonderfully fruity and sweet. They have few calories and almost no fat.

 

Pleasure

Nefles can easily be stored in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Raspberries and bananas are very suitable for freezing. Peel the banana beforehand and cut it into pieces. This can be used, for example, to make super tasty ice cream. Simply remove the banana pieces from the freezer 1/2 hour before use and puree in the food processor until you have a mass of ice cream. Either puree puree, conjure up delicious chocolate ice cream with cocoa or mix with other fruits.
