INGREDIENTS I SERVE 1:
50g oat flakes, fine leaf
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 small banana
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 6M
Put the oat flakes in a small pot and pour over the water. Do not stir.
Bring to the boil at medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel and thinly slice the banana.
After 5 minutes, add the coconut oil to the oatmeal and cook for another minute.
Put the finished oatmeal in a bowl and enjoy it warm with the banana slices and blueberries.
To continue using the banana peel you should buy organic bananas. You can cut the skin for smoothies or banana chips or in your fruit salad. Banana peels contain numerous natural anti-inflammatories and are therefore suitable against acne. Due to its numerous vitamins, including vitamin E and antioxidants, the banana mask is also helpful against wrinkles. Or as a moisturizing mask for dry skin. Simply cut the skin of the banana into small pieces and put it into the blender with a little water. Leave the mask on the face or neck and décolleté for about 20 to 30 minutes and then remove with lukewarm water.
