Yoghurt with Amaranth

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
125 g sheep yoghurt
1 banana
2 tbsp puffed amaranth

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the yoghurt in a small bowl.

Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and add to the yoghurt.

Sprinkle with the puffed amaranth and enjoy.

 

Health

Proteins have a more short-term effect than complex carbohydrates. Yoghurt with fruit is therefore an ideal dessert. In stressful situations a banana is perfect. She contains a lot of magnesium and strengthens your nerves. Its amino acid also keeps you in a good mood. If you have a lot of stress you should eat amaranth regular. With its high magnesium content it strengthens your nerves very well.
