Sweet Potato Pizza
INGREDIENTS I SERVES 2:
1 yellow sweet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g goat's hard cheese
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 20M
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees convection.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into thin slices. About 0.5 cm wide.
Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Place the sweet potato slices in the oven for 10 minutes. Then cover with the cheese and bake again for 10 minutes.
Take the pizza out of the oven. Season with pepper and basil. Put one part in a food box for the next day.
