Spinach With Orange And Tofu
INGREDIENTS I SERVES 2:
1 tbsp olive oil
300g frozen spinach
200g fermented tofu
2 tbsp puffed amaranth
PREP: 5M I COOKING: 10M
Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan.
Put the frozen spinach in the pot and cook at low heat for 10 minutes until the spinach has defrosted.
Cut the tofu into cubes and add to the spinach.
Fillet the orange and mix with the spinach and tofu.
Season with pepper and sprinkle with amaranth.
