Salmon With Mango

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVE 1:
1 pck. organic salmon
1 mango
1 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts
black pepper
roasted walnut oil

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take the salmon out of the package and lay it on a plate.

Cut the mango in half, take out the core and cut into pieces. Place on the salmon slices.

Sprinkle the walnut pieces over it. Season with pepper and drizzle with walnut oil.

They are important for the health of nerve cells and brain cells. The magnesium in walnut oil helps to reduce stress and blood pressure.
