Salmon With Mango

1 pck. organic salmon
1 mango
1 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts
black pepper
roasted walnut oil



Take the salmon out of the package and lay it on a plate.

Cut the mango in half, take out the core and cut into pieces. Place on the salmon slices.

Sprinkle the walnut pieces over it. Season with pepper and drizzle with walnut oil.



Fatty fish like salmon have many omega-3 fatty acids. These are important for the structure and functions of the brain. The most important substance in walnut oil is also omega-3 fatty acids. They are important for the health of nerve cells and brain cells. The magnesium in walnut oil helps to reduce stress and blood pressure. The many good dietary fibers help to keep the blood sugar level down. As they give long-lasting saturation.
