Halve the pear, cut into pieces and mix with the other ingredients.
The pear, although a sweet fruit, has few calories. It is much healthier than an apple. Because the pear contains very little fruit acid, it is very digestible and well balanced. Pears also contain hormone-like substances. In this way the pear helps to produce happiness hormones and is so a good mood booster. Because the pear has many B vitamins, it helps to break down homocysteine. Several studies have proven this. A lot of homocysteine in the body has negative effects on the brain. So if you eat a lot of pears, your cells in the brain will get enough food and will not break down faster due to increased homocysteine levels. They cannot renew in the body. Raisins are rich in flavonoids and antioxidants that strengthen your mind.
Pears can only stored for a short time. If you can't eat them right after you buy them, it's best to store them in the refrigerator. You can also eat the muesli for dessert after lunch. It gives you energy and keeps your blood sugar level constant.
