Chickpeas with Pomelo et Raisins
INGREDIENTS I SERVES 2:
1/2 glass cooked chick peas
2 tbsp rough chopped walnuts
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp Italian herbs

Pour the water from the glass of chickpeas and put half of the chickpeas in a small bowl.
Filet the grapefruit and add to the chickpeas with the juice.
Sprinkle with walnuts, raisins and olive oil and then the herbs. Enjoy

If you buy cans, pour the chickpeas into a glass or other container. Never store them in the can. The tin in the can collects in the food and can change the taste. It can also irritate your stomach and intestines.
