Banana Salmon Salad

1/2 pck. organic salmon
1/2 glass of white beans, pre-cooked
1 bananas
50 g goat cheese with white mould
black pepper



Take the salmon out of the package and lay it on a plate.

Drain the beans and add to the salmon.

Peel the banana, cut into pieces and mix with the other ingredients.

Arrange the mould cheese in small pieces over the salad, season with pepper and enjoy

They are important for the health of nerve cells and brain cells. The magnesium in walnut oil helps to reduce stress and blood pressure. The many good dietary fibers help to keep the blood sugar level down. As they give long-lasting saturation.
