Sweet Potato Amuse Gueule

2 sweet potatoes
1 apple
1 avocado
1 pack of salmon
25g goat's cream cheese



Thoroughly clean the sweet potatoes so that the skin can also be eaten.

Cut the cleaned sweet potato into 0.5 cm thin slices and toast for 6 minutes.

Distribute on plates and cover as desired.



Avocados are especially healthy because they contain a lot of important nutrients. They are a good source of folic acid, vitamin K, potassium and also vitamin E. They are also rich in healthy fatty acids. Besides bananas, avocados are rich in potassium, which is important for a good transmission of stimuli to the cells. Avocados are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and therefore very healthy. Similar to olive oil, avocados are part of an anti-inflammatory diet and therefore good for the heart. Fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed in the presence of avocados. The combination of vegetables with the healthy fruit is therefore ideal. Avocados with their high fibre content make an important contribution to intestinal health.



You can keep the toasted sweet potatoes in the fridge for the next day. Before eating, toast briefly, enjoy pure or with a dip. You can also cut the sweet potato slices into pieces and use them for a salad.
