There are days when you're uninspired. Just like today. Write a fantastic text to this fantastic recipe. The recipe is inspired by Mireille Guiliano and something very special for hot summer days.

Nectarines Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS  I  SERVES 2:
6 nectarines
2 tomatoes
juice of a quarter lemon
1/4 cup of basil
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper

PREP: 5M  I  COOKING: 0M

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the nectarines, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Put everything in a tall container or mixer. Sprinkle with lemon juice and add the basil.

Blend everything briefly. Then add the oil and the pepper and puree again briefly until a velvety mass is formed.

Divide into 2 portions, garnish with basil and enjoy immediately.

 

Health

The flesh of nectarines contains considerable amounts of provitamin A, iron, calcium and potassium as well as vitamins of the B group. Because nectarines are almost fat-free and also low in calories, they are also perfect for all those who want to eat figure-consciously. Thanks to vitamin A and beta-carotene, nectarine is a real balm for good and healthy skin. The skin and pulp of nectarines contain various secondary plant substances. One of them, quercetin, has been shown to counteract depressive moods and lift the mood.

 

Pleasure

You can keep the soup in the refrigerator airtight for the next day. Either you enjoy it ice-cold or put it out of the fridge 30 minutes before consumption so you can enjoy the full aroma.
