After a long working day you have no idea what to cook? Or you have no idea how to manage healthy eating and shopping? I've seen this before. A few years ago, it was the same for me. The unhealthy eating even restricted my performance. I felt terrible. Then, something clicked. And that was the point where I went on the journey. I remember reading as many magazines and books about healthy eating as possible. It was time-consuming, stressful and exhausting. So that you can save yourself this time, I have founded this blog.

YOOMEA in Swahili means "hard work". And is the helping hand for all people who have no time in everyday life. Fast forward until now I am a healthier person. Although I work a lot, today makes me feel better than ever. I'm in balance. And you can do the same.
